Hi, I'm Hanna.

I'm a fertility and menopause nutritionist, founder of heyhanna.health.

A few years ago, I froze my eggs.

What started as a practical decision quickly became an education in how little most women are told about their fertility, hormones and long-term health. I found myself asking questions that should have had straightforward answers:

  • How do I know if my fertility is declining?
  • Are my hormones actually balanced?
  • What blood tests should I be doing?
  • Which supplements are actually worth taking?
  • What can I do now to improve my chances later?

Instead, I found conflicting advice, fear-driven marketing disguised as education, and a healthcare system that feels reactive rather than proactive.

So I decided to learn everything I could.

I left my career in strategy and tech, trained in fertility and menopause nutrition and began diving into the research, speaking to experts, analysing my own health data, and building the knowledge I wish I'd had years earlier.

heyhanna.health was born from that journey.

My goal isn't to sell you quick fixes or overwhelm you with information. It's to help women better understand their bodies, make informed decisions, and take a more proactive approach to their health.
